Protolite Racing is always working towards developing the most effective and innovative products. We believe that the Protolite buggy is one of the most universal off road vehicles out there. When not at the race track, they have amazing power and performance in the sand dunes and their precision handling makes them a blast on the trails. The Suzuki GSXR motorcycle engine is our motor of choice and our mini buggies are available with 600cc (103hp) to 1000cc (185hp). The FXT630 is our newest model that offers a low hp engine with great performance and a budget friendly price tag.

Protolite buggies and parts are designed, built, and manufactured at our shop in Michigan, USA. Every component is designed in 3D Cad software, CNC machined, and manufactured to match our 3D designs. We take pride in delivering precise and quality products.

We currently have seven standard models to choose from for the off road enthusiast to enjoy. We also custom design and build to our customers specs.

To order a complete buggy, we require a 50% deposit. 10% minimum deposit applied towards total to lock in to current work schedule. 40% of total or balance of 50% deposit of total purchase price required to finish ordering all materials. 25% when roll cage or rolling chassis is complete (depending on what is ordered). The remaining 25% or remaining balance is due when project is complete. At that time shipping and freight cost will be determined and billed separately.
